期中诊断结束了。从孩子答卷情况来看,出现了对无理数的常见形式与其近似值的理解不够;没有很好地理解算术平方根与平方根的区别与联系以及算术平方根的意义与其表示方法的必然联系;数形结合能力不够强,找规律的方法不能熟练运用; 对实数的化简不够准确、不能够注意符号;平移作图不能把握其性质特征;应用问题题意理解不透;几何说理逻辑思维不强、语言表达不准确等问题。
鉴于孩子出现的以上问题在今后的教学中需要从以下几方面做起：
1、进一步深入了解孩子的学习情况，特别是了解中下水平孩子对知识的掌握情况，加大对基础知识的巩固力度。如基本运算法则，基本概念，数学中常用方法等。将以上问题的解决细化到每一节课堂, 对概念的教学中要让孩子从本质上了解概念的内涵.
2、巩固孩子的能力, 细化每一步骤,反复训练,以便孩子发现错误及时改正，长时间的训练我相信孩子的能力肯定会提高的。
3、加强对孩子动手能力的培养，在平时的教学中就要注重让孩子多动手、勤思考，尤其几何教学中要充分发挥几何图形的优势，让孩子通过剪、拼、摆，去发现结论再去论证结论，这样可使孩子对知识的理解由感性认识上升到理性认识，对孩子的思维培养也会大有好处。
4、针对期中考说理部分较为薄弱，今后加强孩子说理表达的指导及训练,同时巩固孩子的积极探索精神、主动参与意识和动手能力.充分发挥几何图形的优势，让孩子通过剪、拼、摆，去发现结论再去论证结论，这样可使孩子对知识的理解由感性认识上升到理性认识，对孩子的思维培养也会大有好处。
5、加强对孩子的辅导、功课督查,使孩子对所学知识达到熟练运用。教学中要创新教学方法。更加注重因材施教。对各层次的孩子要区别对待。
教学中采取的措施:
1、积极走进孩子，多与他们交流、谈心，端正他们的学习态度，帮助孩子树立学习数学的信心，培养学习的兴趣，使孩子能够乐中学、学中乐。
2、 抓住优生的优势实行“优帮差一帮一”、“中帮中比一比”的学习互助组，形成学习“你挣我敢”的学习氛围。
3、帮助孩子形成良好的学习习惯，尤其是独立思考，认真完成功课的习惯。
总之期中诊断已经过去了，这次诊断不是很理想，我们要认真分析原因教训，争取在今后教育教学挖掘师生较大的潜能，争取在下次的诊断中取得更好的成绩。
